Come and discover Inside Flow in this 2-hour workshop.
Inside Flow is often described as a Vinyasa yoga class that follows a rhythm. In addition to this, Inside Flow incorporates a song performed with the body. It's a kind of evolution of Vinyasa.
It is recommended to know the basic postures for this course.

Whether with friends or as a couple, "partner yoga" allows us to practice yoga postures together, with the other person providing support in balance postures, or strength to go further in a posture.

Agora lounge
The Agora associations fair will take place on Saturday, September 6th from 10am to 6pm.
We are still looking for volunteers to help Coralie staff the stand. We welcome any free time, even just half an hour.
It's simply a matter of informing people about the locations, times, types of yoga, taking their contact details and registering them for trial classes.
Furthermore, we would need 4 to 5 people for the gentle flow and/or energetic vinyasa demonstration initially planned for 12:30 pm but cancelled due to a lack of volunteers… It would be a classic flow like in class, without acrobatics 😉
